screenmyform.com is hosted in the UK. We use third-party services to provide hosting, email delivery and AI-assisted document checks. These services may process and store data as part of providing screenmyform.com, including outside the UK.

Document checks

screenmyform.com processes submitted documents and answers against the receiving organisation’s requirements. Some checks use fixed rules; others use AI to interpret the information provided.

Account and result access

New accounts verify their email before password sign-in. Password resets use a single-use emailed link that expires after 30 minutes. Existing accounts can still use a single-use emailed sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. Signed-in sessions last up to 12 hours. Organisation roles control who can manage access, configure checks and review submissions.

Submission result links can give access to private information. Keep these links private and share them only with people authorised to see the result.
